PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING TERMS AND USE OF COOKIES
- Online store www.salonshop.ee (hereinafter: E-shop) personal data controller is Salonshop Baltic AS, legal address Valgevase 13 Tallinn 10414, registry code 10205387, telephone +372 677 7328 and e-mail address info@salonshop.ee (hereinafter : Seller).
PROCESSING AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
- The personal data provided by the customer to the Seller are entered into the E-store database and used to fulfill the sales contract, further develop and personalize the services.
- The data processor may process the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Shipping address
- Current account number
- Payment card details
- Personal data entered by the client will not be disclosed to third parties, except in the event that the method of delivery to the place of order chosen by the Customer requires it and in cases arising from legislation.
- The seller is the controller of personal data who transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.
- Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the Customer’s personal bank credentials, and the Seller does not have access to them either.
- The Seller reserves the right to send information to the Customer’s e-mail address about his and his partners’ new products and special offers only if the Customer has expressed a desire to do so and has indicated his desire to receive direct mail notifications.
- The customer can opt out of direct mail notifications sent to e-mail at any time by notifying the Seller by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with the customer.
- Personal data is processed to fulfill legal obligations.
- Data processing takes place with the customer’s consent to send an information letter.
STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
- As a data processor, Salonshop Baltic AS stores personal data depending on the purpose of the processing, but not longer than 7 years.
- The personal and purchase data of customers who made a purchase as a guest of the e-store will be stored for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- When closing the customer account of the online store, personal data will be deleted (except in cases where it is necessary to keep the data for accounting purposes).
- After the specified deadlines, personal data are automatically deleted or made anonymous.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
- The data subject has the right to get access to his personal data and to consult them.
- The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of his personal data.
- The data subject has the right to supplement or correct inaccurate data.
- If the data processor processes the data subject’s personal data on the basis of the data subject’s consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA AND ACCESS TO DATA
- Personal data is stored on Zone servers located in the territory of a member state of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that are members of the Privacy Shield framework.
- Employees of the online store have access to personal data, who can access personal data in order to solve technical issues related to the use of the online store and to provide customer support services.
- The online store implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, modification or unauthorized access and disclosure.
- Transfer of personal data to authorized processors of the online store (e.g. transport service provider and data hosting) is carried out on the basis of contracts concluded with the online store and authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate protection measures when processing personal data.
DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
- In order to delete personal data, you must contact the Seller with a request via e-mail info@salonshop.ee. The deletion request will be answered no later than within 7 days. Upon confirmation of the request, personal data will be deleted, unless there is a legitimate need to preserve such data.
- In case of disputes related to the processing of personal data, the Customer has the right to contact the Seller via e-mail info@salonshop.ee or contact the Data Protection Inspectorate (https://www.aki.ee/et) or the court.
COOKIES
- The e-shop uses cookies to ensure a better user experience. A cookie is a small text file that is automatically saved by the web browser on the device used by the Customer. Cookies are used to collect information about how the Customer uses the E-shop.
- Session and permanent cookies are used in the e-shop.
- The customer is considered to have accepted cookies if cookies are enabled in his web browser settings.
- The customer can delete and/or block cookies stored on their devices by changing the corresponding settings of their web browser. If cookies are not used, the functionality of the E-shop may be limited.
- In addition to cookies, the E-shop collects and analyzes anonymous web statistics using pixel tags and Google Analytics tools.
FINAL PROVISIONS
- These data protection conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Republic of Estonia Personal Data Protection law and legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.
- The data processor has the right to partially or completely change the data protection conditions by notifying the data subjects of the changes via the www.salonshop.ee website.
